Grace Wilmath
Executive Director
Grace Wilmath serves as the Executive Director at Reynolds Cancer Support House, where she leads the organization’s efforts to fulfill its mission of providing hope, support, and resources to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers throughout the community.
Before joining Reynolds Cancer Support House, Grace served with the Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce, where she gained valuable experience in community engagement, relationship building, and strategic communication. She holds a degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Arkansas.
Grace is passionate about connecting people, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring that individuals impacted by cancer have access to meaningful support. Outside of her work at Reynolds, Grace enjoys spending time with her husband, Cody, and they are excitedly preparing to welcome their daughter, Collins.
Carla Morales
Patient Programs Administrator
Carla serves as the Patient Programs Administrator at Reynolds Cancer Support House, where she oversees the programs and services that directly support cancer patients and their families. From managing patient resources and supplies to building relationships with local hospitals, coordinating cancer screenings, and supporting interns, Carla plays an essential role in ensuring patients have access to the care, resources, and support they need throughout their cancer journey.
Prior to joining Reynolds Cancer Support House, Carla worked at the Hamilton Center for Child Advocacy, where she gained valuable experience supporting vulnerable children and families in the community. She holds a degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. Her passion for helping others, dedication to service, and commitment to building meaningful relationships make her an invaluable part of the Reynolds team.
Outside of her work at Reynolds, Carla enjoys spending time with her daughters, Natalia and Alaia, and creating memories with her family.
Ashley Boyd
Community Engagement & Grants Adminstrator
Ashley Boyd serves as the Community Engagement & Grants Administrator at Reynolds Cancer Support House, where she works to expand awareness of the organization’s mission and support the programs that provide hope, resources, and encouragement to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. She also responsible for grant writing and management.
Before joining Reynolds Cancer Support House, Ashley spent five years at the Hamilton Center for Child Advocacy, where she gained experience in program support, community partnerships, and serving individuals and families in need. She holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith.
Ashley is passionate about building meaningful relationships within the community and connecting individuals with available resources. Outside of her work at Reynolds, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, Shay, and their two daughters, Baker and Cece.
Rachel Harper
Finance & Office Administrator
Rachel Harper serves as the Finance and Office Administrator at Reynolds Cancer Support House, where she oversees the day-to-day operations that help keep the organization running smoothly. From managing office needs to handling financial responsibilities, including accounts payable, payroll, and QuickBooks, Rachel plays an essential role in supporting the Reynolds team and its mission.
Rachel holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence help ensure the administrative and financial needs of Reynolds Cancer Support House are met so the organization can continue providing support and resources to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers.
Outside of her work at Reynolds, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, Brock, and they are excited to welcome their baby boy this winter.
